Account Security
2.1 Password & Login Credential Protection

2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions & Timeframe
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. However, additional verification may be required in cases of identity checks or suspected unusual activity, which may increase processing time. Withdrawals will always be made through the same method used for the deposit.
3.4 KYC Verification
Before processing a withdrawal, or at any time, 77cd may request KYC documents to verify your identity. This may include a copy of your national ID or passport and proof of residence. Failure to provide correct documents in a timely manner may result in delayed or suspended transactions.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
77cd offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳32,000, you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 — totalling ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳15,000 before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus (৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000).
Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. The time limit for completing the wagering requirement and which games count toward it will be stated in the specific bonus details.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
77cd takes active steps to prevent abuse of bonus programs. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses
- Attempting to meet wagering requirements using low-risk betting strategies
- Placing opposing bets systematically to fulfill bonus conditions
If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus will be cancelled and the account may also be closed if necessary.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
5.1 Fair Play Policy
